  : The rooms were spacious,clean,and you could adjust the heating.We had breakfast,which was good.There are good and affordable shops and bakeries nearby.There are also two beautiful parks to enjoy with or without children.
  : The part of the city is not particularly interesting,an it isn't so well connected ( however,a new line of metro is being built)

  : I paid for breakfast when i booked hotel .when we asked breakfast they said breakfast is not included it's was shocking because my children's 8 years old and 11 years old was asking breakfast .i went to the reception there's more guests had same problem

  : Room was not cleaned daily, no change of linen, my bed was not madeThere were no condiments ( drinking water, jug for making tea, tea or coffee satchets and sugar for making tea)

  : Hugely disappointed on arrival, broken chairs on fake grass, gates locked so access for wheelchair users not acceptable. Reception not at all welcoming, 12 inch Christmas tree with one piece of tinsel, in October!!!!! Met with sign saying restaurant closed, bar closed, no fitness centre altogether no amenities. Reception got us a taxi to rugby stadium and return which cost 80 euros each way and request following day cost of trip to Gare du Nord also 80 euros, this journey with a reputable taxis was 20 euros. No food left when we arrived at breakfast at 9.50, breakfast served until 10am. Women on Reception extremely abusive. We packed our case and left even though we had paid for two nights.
