  : Communication with the staff was good. The staff seemed friendly, but I can't imagine that they are themselves happy with the condition of this hotel. The pictures on their website do not meet the reality in any way.
  : We travelled from Swittzerland to the Netherlands, so we decided to stay overnight half-way the journey near Strasbourg. For the amount of 144 euro (including breakfast) we ordered two rooms: one for two guests and one for three guests. Both rooms were the same size, which was barely fine for two beds, but way too small for three beds. There was absolutely no space to walk. Although the rooms were clean, they were just very unpleasant to stay in. Very old and dated. Also the beds felt like sleeping on a rock. The breakfast was terrible. We opened a jar of jelly and there was a layer of fungus in it. When we told the staff, they just took the jar away and didn't replace it with a new one or appologize for it. The coffee machine made terrible coffee. We left as soon as we could and got some beakfast in the local supermarket. All in all it was a very disappointing experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
