Fair
Traveller Type: solo traveller
: What you'd expect from a chain hotel. Reception staff welcoming.
: Room was tiny - shower was push button like a campsite

Poor
Traveller Type: young couple
: Reception lady was very friendly.
: Rooms are proper old and dirty. Mold everywhere in showers. Doors don't shut. Stains on bed. Overall bad. Pay more and go to the city. Not the outskirts.

Pleasant

: The staff were quite welcoming, charming, and supportive. The breakfast was quite impressive, I liked it. The hotel is well located and easily accessible from the tram station, and the main road where you can access the bus.
: The room that we were allocated on our first day was not good, we had bugs! so we couldn't sleep well. We had to be transferred to another room on the next day, which was okay and no bugs were in there.

: Value for money was excellent. Great breakfast and well located beside the motorway and the tram to go to the city center.
