  : Shame there was an extra charge to use the spa/swimming pool. I think people staying at the hotel should not be charged.

  : This was our third stay but the room was small and no balcony. Our previous stays were more comfortable.

  : Our fourth stay at the Hotel Arnold. It's a fantastic location for exploring the Alsace Wine regio and th major cities. The views from the balconies are superb.
  : I wish it had a bar in the salon.........out of season it's hard to find a drink in Itteswiller.

  : Very attractive building in lovely picturesque and quiet location. Staff very friendly.
  : Poor value, didn't expect en-suite with a cracked basin. Breakfast very average, fresh fruit salad 90% tasteless apple. Restaurant, again poor value, limited choice and the baeckeoffe which we chose was totally lacking in flavour.

  : The surrounding area is quite beautiful and the hotel from the outside and architectural design is quite pleasant.
  : When we arrived the kids wanted to swim a littleto what the receptionist automatically said the hotel pool is mainly for adults and not for kids, where the kids only have a specific time slot to go.then with the expensive room we were informed that to access the pool without the kids we needed to pay 16 euros that seems exaggerated for the pool size and the non welcoming reception message and not friendly to the kids. Then the staff and the overall hotel facilities are not kids friendly at all. A shame as they promote so much the pool and then they overcharge and almost excluded the kids to access to allow the other guest for their zen moments. Can understand but at least make that information clear and without doubts. Dont promote something that in the end doesnt work exactly like promotes.

  : the location was perfect, the wellness center was small but clean and has a beautiful view. The breakfast area was also lovely and the staff members were very welcoming. Our room, located opposite the main hotel, was spacious and very cozy.
  : the balcony was a little unkempt (it had some spider webs), but that was not a big deal. It was still very cold anyway to hang out at the balcony when we were there. It would be absolutely fantastic if the rooms had a kettle for making tea at night.

  : great view from the bedroom helpful staff good breakfast.
  : plagued by wasps inside the breakfast dining area. There were so many wasps we had to leave our table and go outside.
