  : The room smelt of stale smoke. I had a booking in, issue which took a month to rectify . I had to pay extra for the car park.

  : 1.The location is amazing at the heart of Draguignan and close to some shops and restaurants.2. The breakfast was good (tea, coffee, croissant, pain au chocolat, canned juices, banana, yogurt and boiled eggs) but very limited options (no omelette or scrambled eggs, no fresh veggies , no fresh juices)
  : 1. The hotel is very old and the money paid for the stay wasn't worth it. 2. The AC in the room wasn't cooling well3.There was maintenance works and big noise while my father was napping. Two cockroaches found in the washroom4.Very old furnishing. Carpet made of rubber5.Bad smell inside the room. I had to buy air freshener 6. First room given was very dusty and smelly, then moved to another room, which was in the same condition. We asked them to wipe the dust and refresh the room.7. One of the cleaners opened the door of our room without knocking or asking if someone is inside. She wanted to check the minibar. No apologies were extended to us when she saw us inside the room. She insisted that she knocked (the room is too small, no way to not hear the knocking)8. None of the staff was wearing uniform or name tag. Can't differentiate guests from employees 9. All TV channels were French. No international channel.10. Water was leaking out of the shower area when taking shower. There is no door to close the shower area
