  : Large well equipped one room apartment on 4th floor. Velux windows with great views. Comfortable beds (although we had to put our own sheets and duvet covers on.) Lift access. Location within walking distance of Dinan centre and plenty of Restaurants.
  : It was more like a hostel than a hotel. We were asked to leave a damage deposit of 100 Euros for one night stay. We also got the impression that we had to clean the room thoroughly before we left or we would be fined, although in the booking info it said cleaning was included.

  : Spacious room.
  : Beds were not made, you have to do it on your own.Room looked like a waiting room. High roof, nearly no decoration, no carpets.Pool only open from 10:00 to 19:00. You have to Check out at 10:00, find the mistake..Reception closed at 19:00.

  : A good base to visit Dinan when arriving by car. We were able to check-in, drop everything & walk into the old town & down to the port for dinner.Good sized room with kitchenette.Had a relaxing hour in the pool at the end of the second day.
  : Even though it is an apartment-hotel I would have expected the beds to be made up, the pillows were but not the sheets or duvets.These had to be stripped at the end of the stay also.A pricelist in the room of what you'd be charged if you break anything but such detail didn't extend to cleanliness with dusty bedside tables and lamps.The pool cover was over the whole pool with no signs of it being recently moved.

  : Large room for two people. Large free car park. There is a small outside swimming pool which we didn't use. Bed firm but ok
  : This is not an hotel as the rooms are not cleaned during your stay. Our room was dusty and not properly cleaned. Bed is low to the floor.. bed is unmade but sheets and towels left in room. Small TV.. rules relating to cleaning of the room are laughable.No maintenance appears to have been done so lots of damaged and chipped paint, toilet too close to wall so large toilet paper dispenser gets in your way.Shower not thermostatically controlled and tap diverter difficult. Dreadfully old fashioned and cheap. Shower is over the bath..Water pressure in kitchen inadequate, tap loose and badly fitted. Cheap build.Lighting in room basic, Furniture consists of a bed, table and chairs and a unit for the cutlery and crockery. Very sparse.Not an uplifting room to stay in.
