  : Good space, tidy and clean. Location was good easy to get to the M1 metro leading into Paris. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants and a short walk to The Westfield shopping centre. Staff were very friendly and approachable good communication before and during the stay. Thank you Star Of Life.

  : Location is good for those who have to go to a meeting in La Defense. In my case, I was assisted by Michel, who explained me very well all the important details about my room (key, codes, etc) and the neighborhoods (markets to buy food, water, etc)
  : Some slippers would be very welcomed, as the floor was just with wood, without carpets. And also some tea and coffee will be helpful.

  : The self-check-in was convenient. The room was reasonably clean, but the floor needed more than just a vacuum it required a good wipe. The apartment was relatively quiet, although it wasn't entirely soundproof from the adjacent units.
  : We arrived late at 9:00 PM after a long journey that started early in the morning, with our kids in tow. We began preparing the sofa for their sleep, but we couldn't find a blanket for the couch. We asked the staff, a little bit later and they send a lady to provided it. They knew our reservation was for a family with two children, and the expectation was that the sofa bed would be made and ready. We shouldn't have to search for missing items, and this is the first simple detail. Secondly, small details like providing coffee machine capsules or tea bags and sugar, which cost very little, can make a big difference. I had requested them, but there was no response. After all, what's the use of a coffee machine without these essentials? Furthermore, the bathroom didn't meet my expectations. Its small size, along with the layout that separates the toilet from the sink and shower, was not to my liking. Moreover, the partitions constructed from gypsum or wood do not provide adequate soundproofing, giving the impression that all the rooms are interconnected. The apartment is inherently compact, and the images provided do not faithfully depict the actual space.
