  : It was clean however very tired and drab. The description says spectacular sea view when in reality its a port basin. There was ample parking
  : It was very tired. The stairwell has crumbling concrete through which you can see outside and the wall paper was peeling. The sea view wasnt a sea view. Its on a very busy road so we were kept awake by traffic noise as the window was open to let some cool air in. The guy at the desk was quite dismissive of us especially when my husband asked for a towel as wed only been provided with one to share.Also, Id booked in June at 102 and todays price was 62! (My fault for planning ahead)So, the hotel could do with repairs and an update. Tell the truth about the view.

  : Spotless, quiet, location on the Quay, easy check in, friendly staff.
  : No kettle, coffee, tea making facilities, a must in my opinion, although, you could get a drink from reception, not good getting dressed to do this though. No air conditioning, room very warm.

  : The hotel is a plain building lacking decorative features and the bedroom had older fittings and furniture which gave it a quirky feel. Others might think it unloved, but like that it's different from chain hotels.There was good on-street parking for free, and it was a short walk to restaurants and shops.
  : Breakfast was disappointing - we weren't on the list, the food scattered on different tables across the large room, and felt like there wasn't enough food, with a small platter on each table, milk not next to the cereals etc. and not much choice.When we checked in the manager chastised the receptionist for serving us when other customers had a problem. In all it seemed badly organised.
