  : Very good location near the old city centre, available kitchen facilities, smart TV, tablet, Netflix access
  : - Did not receive any information about check-in in advance. It took us about 30min upon the arrival to figure out how to enter the building and get the keys. - It was difficult to reach the host by the specified number: we could reach the host only by choosing landlord option in the voice menu (number 3). Though the host did respond to the email. - No sign or host name neither outside nor inside of the building. - Check-in happened 2 hours after the specified time (4pm instead of 2pm): the room was not done, we crossed the cleaning staff. - Kitchen: not very convenient for usage (not enough space to cut or dry things), cannot open door of the freezer (blocked by the fridge door); provided coffee powder was too old to be used. - No window or ventilation in the bathroom.

  : The apartment is overall ok, clean for the arrival and has all you need. Location is great - close to center and we were able to park not too far on the parking free for the overnight stay. Access to the house is easy and you can come any time after official checkin time.
  : On the downside the property does seem a bit old and the facilities a bit used. Was not a problem for us though.

  : The location was pretty much the only aspect we enjoyed.
  : Unfortunately, the place looks nothing like the pictures. We expected a bright, clean accommodation with good standard furniture. Instead, it felt like a cheap and run down motel room. At night, we could not sleep at all as the walls were so thin you could hear the neighbours talking, watching tv, babies crying, people going in and out of their apartments slamming doors. The mattress was super thin too. The worst part were the hallways. Its a normal residential building that stinks of smoke everywhere. Definitely would not recommend this place!

  : Location was good. Christmas markets were nearby and the train station not far away. TV had Netflix and other online streaming apps. Kitchen setup was good. Check-in instructions were easy enough to follow.
  : Building's corridor reeked of cigarette smoke and sewer smell. The room was icy cold when we entered. The radiator (after setting it to max) took hours to heat up the room.Bathroom didn't have exhaust. Window curtains were transparent enough to not block the street light from outside. There was no hot water after 9pm.One could easily hear the neighbors voices. On the first night of our stay, somebody rang the doorbell twice. When we looked from the door's eyehole, we could see nothing as the corridor was dark. The phone also wasn't working. For a moment, we were confused and scared.For the price we paid, we expected better.

  : The checkin process was smooth. The company sent multiple emails and texts confirming everything and ensuring we knew how to get into the room.
  : Problem with parking, but it was resolved very quickly and professionally. The apartment hallway smelled like old socks, stale cigarettes and cigars, and old dirty diapers that had been brewing for a month in a barrel. Somehow, amazingly, the smell did not enter the apartment.
