  : The location is the most valuable attribute of this property. It is just on the edge of Colmar historic center, short walk an dyou are there. The check in instructions were excellent, accompanied with pictures and details. Parking is the building parking lot - which is great. The interaction with the host/owners is purely through booking messages - it worked well. The unit is very pragmatic an functional: double bed, dining table,+4 chairs, sofa and a small closet. some pictures on the walls.
  : The apartment needs more maintenance , and more attention to details in order to make it hospitality friendly. For example, the shower tap was broken, which prevents you from divert the full water stream to the shower head. It looks like it has been like that for a while - see pictures below. On another aspect - while the apartment is functional, it lacks the last touch: The host i ssupplying a water cattle and also a nespresso machine, However - they do not leave some tea bags or coffee capsules so you can enjoy it. They do have a jar with some sugar sleeves, but it is well hidden at the top of the cupboard ( see pictures ) - all this means that if you are for a short stay, the facility is lacking. I must also indicate that the cleaning can be improved as well.
