  : The location is a bit in a deserted street but surprisingly close to the city center. Only a couple of minutes walking and you are directly in the old city.
  : There were roadworks in the neighborhood that made it challenging to get to the location by car. Parking close to the location in zone orange was 35 per day, But a couple of streets further (5min walk) in the green zone it was 10 per day.

  : The apartment was ok, clean, well equipped and spacy. The location was good, the area felt safe, and we had a good time staying there. Colmar is amazing at any time of the year and it's always nice to be there.
  : Getting the keys for the parking was like a treasure hunt. You needed to stop in the middle of a tiny road to get the keys from a building about 80 meters from the parking entrance. Then reverse back the road (if you are lucky and it's not blocked) to enter the parking. The parking is about 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. The thing I hated the most was that the hosts are using a process completely outside of booking.com and sent you a huge list of "homework", links with things to read etc. that are not obvious when you make the booking. They don't even read your requests (booking's fault, they made them appear as chat messages) so they didn't get my message that I want a parking. One the "homework" there was a link to book parking on another website. It's the first time I got so stressed on a holiday, I go to relax not to read long messages and hence I was quite unhappy with the shole process. Finally, the apartment was cleaned but there were 'old house' smells in the entrance and the main bedroom, like most properties in Colmar this one is also quite old.

  : The location is very close to old town and locate in the small lane not far away from main road so it kept us away from the noise. The facilities are OK but we found something missing and not clean. There are toilet separate from shower room which is quite convenience.
  : We are 4 people but they only put 1 big towel each room but surprised by put 3 small towels each roomWe inform host about it and got 3 more big towels next morning.The head of the bed in master bedroom full of dust I think they only clean surface of it. One thing disappointed us a lot is we got message from host after check out that we made stain in the stove which cannot clean out so they deducted 50 euro from our deposit. We have noticed the stain in the stove before we use it and didn't cook food by stove only warm the cooked food which we bought from outside for only few min so we refused to pay for fine. This case ended happily by customer services of booking.com assistance.Therefore I would like to warn all customer to check and take photo of things before you use it otherwise you may be blamed and fine for the damage which you didn't do it.

  : - spacious apartment right in the city center - two bathrooms - one with the toilet, one with a large nice shower - fully equipped, we even had cleaning solutions - quiet location - nearby restaurants, bakeries and cafes - good value for money
  : - it wasn't exactly spotlessly clean - cover and pillow cases on the sofa were not freshly washed - furniture looks nicer and newer in the photos. - before check in you get a lot of e-mails and messages on booking. You have to do this, than that, enter here, register there and so on. It is obnoxious. Please, consolidate your communication and send less spam. - I wish we'd been offered a few restaurants and cafes recommendations - the Internet did not work at all for the three nights we've spent here

  : The owners of the apartment offered us parking place nearby, we received very detailed instructions. Apartments place is perfect.
  : The pans are not suitable for an induction cooker, there is no soap, there is not a single dishwasher tablet. These are not very important things, but they are unpleasantly surprising.
