  : No reception after 10 PM. Grumpy manager who had to open the door at 10:30 PM. This resulted from wrong phone number on booking.com and its support team was useless on this occasion as I was simply told the phone number is unreachable ((which is why I phoned them in the first place). I had to find the number myself on the net (I expect that booking.com should do better next time, looking for the correct number via directory enquiries). The hotel gave me instructions to use on their machine to access the hotel after 10, which did not work as the machine was broken, luckily a button on the machine allowed me to contact hotel admin. Then they called the on site manager who was not happy to see me. I eventually found an email sent 2 hours prior (while driving) either the correct instructions.In the end booking.com should have been more helpful. The hotel manager could have been more courteous for a client who arrived late.

  : This hotel has paper thin walls and so you can hear your neighbours activities especially if they are not exactly quiet,

  : The breakfast was very complete, we were positively surprised. The beds were comfortable. There is free parking. During the weekend the area is very calm and quiet.
  : The floor wasn't very clean, but the rest was ok.I recommend to go with a car, otherwise public transport is quite slow during weekends.

  : The hotel was nice, clean, with confortable bed and the staff was lovely! I recommend staying here only if you have a car and don't depend on the bus, it's quite far from Colmar.
  : I wish that at the entrance was a piece of furniture for another suitcase.
