  : The staff makes differences in assigning the rooms according to the names, obviously. Waiting for the room a person who came later, obviously French, became the room sooner in an upper floor. To us it was meant a room in the second floor, but after reading the name on the ID the young gentleman, who was communicating with us, changed his mind and gave us the key to a room on the ground floor. This is what he said to his colleagues, since they were also surprised to such a change. It would have been not a problem if the room would have been a normal one. Instead, it was on the same level with the parking place, in which the cars stop only some cm in front of the glass door of the room. We needed to stay with closed curtains, without day light, and felt lucky that no car entered the room. The question is: how can that be considered a hotel room??? We did not use the WIFI of the hotel, upon the advice of our telephone companies. This was necessary, also because, when trying to check the news on tv, which goes through internet, the transmission was interrupted regularly. The breakfast was of a very poor quality. Even the croissants were without any taste (obviously from supermaket's freezer).
