  : The whole property is exceptionally beautiful. The staff is very friendly, the receptionist even helped us carry our baggage to our car upon checkout. We stayed there with our 2-year-old and found the staff very kids-friendly. They make you feel welcome from the very first second to the last. The restaurant was booked out but they informed us two days in advance so that we knew we had to look elsewhere for dinner (and they offered to book a table at another restaurant nearby). Breakfast was delicious. The rooms are authentic, clean, beautifully designed an sufficiently big.
  : All this luxury has its price. And not all the items of the breakfast menu were actually served (such as fresh fruit).

  : Beautiful property with great character. Great location. Friendly staff.Spacious room.
  : There were not enough sunbeds by the pool. Arrived in the afternoon and wanted to lie around the pool but there were no beds. No tea facilities in room which is surprise given how many English guests were there.

  : This hotel is in an impeccable location, peace personified.Our room (7) was not a generous size but perfectly serviceable and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom.
  : Only adverse comment on the room is that the free WiFi was barely visible to log onto and was functionally useless in the room.Breakfast was quite poor. They say the bakery is all in house. This may be the case but clearly no element (croissant, baguette etc...) were baked that morning. All very disappointing

  : The location is great, the building is beautiful and the setting perfect. There was one Indian member of staff who was very helpful (sorry I dont know his name).
  : The air con didnt work in our room, we reported this however, we had no update as to whether it had been fixed, it hadnt so we had two terrible nights sleeps as it was so hot (they did give us one free breakfast as an apology on checkout). There was no information provided at all, nothing available at reception and nothing in the room, not even the number to call reception. For this reason we had no idea what the timings or format were for breakfast, it would have been nice to have a drinks menu, have information on how to use hotel facilities such as electric bikes and we had no suggestions of what we could do in the local area. The hotel has two swimming pools, on their website they advertise one as family friendly and one for adults however, this was not enforced. At times there were children unattended at the adults pool being very loud and shouting which didnt help us relax. In addition the same family group had a dog at the pool that jumped onto another guests lounger on top of the people and ate their olives.

  : This is a beautiful chateau with incredible views over fields and mountains. Plenty of facilities including 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, a spa treatment area. Bar, restaurant and lovely outdoor sitting areas. We had a junior suite with great views to the mountains from a couple of different windows. The suite was large and the bathroom almost as big. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff were good, just wish I had practised my French a little better when it comes to understanding the food and wine. They were very accommodating and helped us whenever required.
  : Only fault we had was the air conditioning system in our room seemed fairly old and all we could hear was the sound of dripping or slight running of water through the system for most of the night, which made it a little annoying. Reported it in the morning and the staff were shocked to hear there was a problem. Perhaps our bad luck for one night.

  : Beautiful chateau in gorgeous surroundings. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and afternoon drinks on the front patio. The pool area was also fantastic with plenty of sun lounges. Xavier was very welcoming and always helpful.
  : Breakfast was on the pricey side for what was provided. The bathroom was very small with little bench space to place toilettries.

  : Beautiful chateau with great views.
  : Bathroom is open and no shower whilst there is ample space. Stain from water on the pillow. Leakage must have taken place the nights before due to heavy rainfall. No dining facility on Monday night but staff tried better to provide food. The waiter seemed very new and not professionally dressed. Receptionist was vey helpful and had to run between reception and bar. If the waiter had been up to speed there would have been sufficient staff.
