  : Very cosy and comfortable for a short stay. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook ourselves some breakfast. Great location close to the Aiguille du Midi Gondola and a 5 minute walk from the centre. Unfortunately for us the gondola was closed due to bad weather during our stay.
  : There is no parking in the premises, and parking in Chamonix is very difficult and expensive. The reception is in a separate building so the check in process is a bit more complicated than it should be, which we didn't know before our arrival. Also, we had to make the bed ourselves upon arrival.

  : Wifi codes in the apartment and a pair of scissors in the kitchen drawer would have been super useful.

  : Location is excellent, right next to the bus stop and within walking distance of the town center and nearby lifts. Kitchen was small but well stocked with essentials. Agree with other reviews that the rooms are small. Supposedly you could fit 4 adults in our apartment, but personally wouldn't want anymore than 2 adults and maybe a small child.
  : Nothing especially. The rooms could do with some renovation as they're starting to look dated, especially the carpets, but it was clean and more than adequate.Biggest negative was that we were told they only supply one toilet roll and then you have to buy your own. Understandable for guests staying 1 or 2 nights, but when you're staying for longer (we stayed for 7 nights), surely this should change? Not to mention the roll was 3/4 full upon arrival, not brand new!

  : The receptionist was extraordinarily kind and helpful.The location is very convenient.
  : The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned.There was hardly any cooking utensils. I had two ladles, thats all.It would be nice if the bed was made upon arrival after a long trip.

  : Perfect Location. Very central to do all activities in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. The central bus station is right opposite the accommodation, very convenient to travel to near by villages and Geneva. I will give more than 5 stars for location. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Kitchen is well equipped , even has a dishwasher . Reception staff is very very helpful and friendly. They will help adjust even if you are arriving in between reception opening times. All you need to do is to call them before hand and they are able to help.
  : The cleaning was basic but may be the best that could be. May be a little bit of renovation ( flooring) will help. The size of accommodation May be a bit crowded for a group of 4 adults or family with two teenager kids , but size is perfect for families with little children.
