: After leaving the apartment, 500 euros were illegally charged from my card as a deposit for possible damages.Both deposits were refunded - I received a total of 1000 euros almost 2 weeks after returning home. It was about a spot on the towel, which of course disappeared in the wash.At the end of my stay, I received an email with a warning, if I do not clean the apartment before leaving, I will pay a fine of 150 euros. The apartment was not cheap and I paid extra for cleaning.We were treated like thieves. And it was they who used my credit card after the end of the stay, i.e. against the law.I do not recommend.

: The service is extremely badWe arrived at the apartment late, there was no explanation regarding the location of the apartment, no number on the apartment and it took us half an hour to find the exact locationAfter we had already found it, we found out that there were no sheets in the double bed. It's strange that there are no additional sheets in the apartment either.We had to sleep on the mattress without a sheetWhen we asked for sheets they claimed that they checked and there were in the apartment and further accused us of being more people than we registered.. After many conversations they agreed to bring us bedding.The check out instructions were very extreme with a threat of a fine of 150 eurosWe followed the instructions and left, they claimed that we broke a chair, even though the chair was broken when we arrived. Every attempt I made to explain to them ran into a wall in a way and I obliged for itThe management company liars and crooks keeps his soul away
