  : Clean rooms, easy check-in, existence of family room allowed for excellent price to quality ratio. Very similar to B&B hotels, but at a better price. 15 mins drive to Avignon.
  : No elevator (its ok, but just need to be ready if you have heavy luggage). Air conditioning in one of our 2 rooms was not cooling well, probably needs tech service. All was fine in the second room.

  : The bedroom was clean
  : The room was not ready at 2pm, the person working behind the desk was not very responsive and did not really care of the situation, blaming that the customer who stayed before us were late. Also Air conditioning was not working in the room on the first night blaming the previous customer also.

  : Flexible and friendly host, good air conditioning (weather was extremely hot!)
  : Late booking was a bit tricky. You can check in 24h, but reception closes 22.30 and for some we hadn't got the key code. Without decent french skills this might have been even trickier.

  : After getting confirmation of the reservation in Booking, ( after giving all the credit card info, of course ), We arrived, finding the reception closed at a time that was supposed to be open according to Booking published hours.We needed a code to open a gate which was not sent to us, and only because two kids that happened to be around there helped us , talked in French with somebody and somehow were able to solve the situation, otherwise we would have been left stranded in the street all night.Once we got to the room, with no lift, and no A/C in the common areas of the hotel, enduring an incrediby high heat, we noticed a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, due to unproper water drainage.We also found two asiatic marmored flying bugs, ( of the same family of the common bed bug, but this one flies ), if this was not enough, the bathroom was home to a pretty big spider.Bed was too soft, room was too small, outside the window lots of insects and spiders had their own havoc, and the tiles in the shower had mold.
