  : we unexpectedly had to spend a night close to Paris - the hotel is a 22 mins walk from the RER - there are a few shops / cafes by the RER but the rest of the walk is through abandoned suburb with just car dealer and repairer. I think by car it is close to a link road. Pool, gym and breakfast were all excellent Staff were both friendly and efficient

  : Loved having such a large apartment space with its own kitchen facilities, not something you would get here in the UK
  : The only problem we had was that the nearest supermarket was 25 minutes away and being with an elderly lady who couldn't walk well this was a problem, area did not have a taxi service. Hotel didn't serve food and the mini market was not stocked with anything we could eat on our first night, having got to the hotel late. We were offered delivery service but this was only burgers or pizza which my elderly friend wouldn't eat.

  : There is plenty of parking and the staff were always polite and friendly.
  : The hotel is nice enough, although our family room did not look as nice as the official photos. The main reason I am disappointed is because the swimming pool was not allowed to be used by guests. This pool access was my main reason for choosing this hotel over others. My children would have loved to have spent time in the pool. It sounds like it will be 'out of order' for a long time & yet I didn't receive any notification before my stay that it is not going to be available and I still had to pay the full price. Really, really gutted by this. I think they should notify people who have booked rooms or offer some sort of discount. A warning to others who plan on using public transport, I thought it was in zone 3 for easier access to the public transports Visit Paris tickets. This is in Zone 4! So you will have to get a public transport ticket for zones 1-5. I made the mistake of getting zone 1-3 & couldn't leave the train station properly.
