  : Maybe could have had a small welcome pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, etc, but didnt detract from how nice the property was.

  : We spent 3 nights here on a family vacation, we saw all of Carcassonne old city, the art museum, Cabrespine Cave and Lastours ruins. The location is unbeatable, it is a 5 minute walk to the City walls and you can see the towers from the house. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen and living room are also large and have all the amenities you need. The patio is great (although we couldn't use it in March, it was too cold and windy). The private parking space is also large and useful.
  : Everything was good, but if we have to mention details that were not perfect: - the hot tub is large and wonderful, but it is located in a closed room with no windows/views - we only received one key to the house, which can make things complicated with a party of seven people.

  : - Location - perfect for getting into the old city as its just a 5 minute walk at the most to the main gate- Lots of space indoors and bright modern interiors - Nice outdoor space with ptanque court- Well equipped kitchen & great bathrooms
  : - Lack of air conditioning in bedrooms- Check in procedure - having to give credit card details using unsecure process. - Delay in meeting host to gain entry into property - we had to wait 45 minutes outside in the heat- Lack of small comforts/details - washing up liquid, toilet roll holders, fans for bedrooms (only 1 for 4 bedrooms without air conditioning), jack for ptanque set- strange set up of hot tub. It was inside a small windowless room so was quite unappealing. It would be much better outside in the large patio areaWhilst these seem small and picky they impacted on the overall experience. The apartment has the appearance of a high end property but these details let the apartment down especially for the price paid.

  : Some essential supplies were not available. No toilet roll. No washing up liquid. Could of done with another toilet upstairs. I think you need to write in the description what the bathroom details are.
