  : Fantastic location, good balcony and a great pool deck area.
  : Apartment had very limited utensils, towels and kitchen equipment. As such we did no cooking. Also Didn't like the fact that we had to strip the beds before leaving, and remove linen and towels to an area adjacent to reception.

  : The location of the property was excellent. Stephen was very pleasant and helpful.
  : Our Unit at best was average. I think theres 190 odd units in the complex being serviced by one washing machine and dryer. When we wanted to use the machines the property itself was using them and therefore unable to use. Minimalistic comes to mind with half a toilet role, a single dishwasher pod, no drying cloths, etc.

  : I paid all the fees in full including the city taxes when I made the reservation and they asked me to pay again for the city taxes, they gave a big list about the hotel rules which they didn't mention in the booking terms and conditions , the air conditioning was not working and when I asked the reception staff they told me I had to wait until... The next day when I asked for water to drink and they said is not available, I tried to open the window there was a lot of noise from the party and disco until 03:00 AM in the room, in the first morning I found red swollen spots on my skin which I believe they have the bed mosquitoes and receptionist told me that he also has mosquitoes in them house and that is normal. They did not deal positively, when I asked to return the additional copy that they had taken from the credit card guarantee , they did not return it to me and told me that they had a person responsible for destroying it and that it could not be returned to me. When I asked about handing over the room according to the conditions for them, they told me that they did not have any employee to receive the rooms and check them for departure. Guests, strange conditions that I have not encountered for more than 20 years which I have been booking through booking. com

  : Good location. Lovely grounds. Value for the money. The lobby cleaning ladies were fantastic!
  : VERY disappointing to not have Wifi! You bill the property as free Wifi. Its free alright and pretty much nonexistent. Some desk staff could be less irritated when asked questions.

  : The bathtub plug did not work to take a bath and drainage was very slow. The spa is included but the jacuzzi water was cold which was very disappointing. I told the receptionist about it but he did not care and did nothing about it.
