  : The location of the hotel is perfect for train travellers and the main attractions are really close by (in a walking distance). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was appropriate. The staff was really kind and the breakfast was tasty.
  : Since the hotel is right next to the station, it can be hard to sleep with the window opened. The bathroom was quite small. There was something plastic under the sheet of bed. The breakfast could be better stocked.

  : Upon arrival showed cleaning lady broken shower, glass wall unattached to tub, water all over bathroom from shower, malfunctioning bedside lamp needing new bulb. Nothing was ever done about that. She also did not clean my bathroom on my first day, so I ran out of toilet paper. I called down to front desk when I returned to room late that night to question about this and bring to their attention. The man there whom Id never met aggressively insisted I told him personally that I did not want my room cleaned, a blatant lie, the kind of lie that kind of snivelling person throws out as their first line of defense. He then handed the phone to another person at desk and I had to repeat everything again and she told me I should pack up all my things though all that work was the last thing I wanted to deal with at that hour because their staff was too negligent to do their work.Electric Kettle in room but no cups, coffee, tea, anything. so useless.I called down to front desk when I return to room late that my first night to question about sll that was wrong snd not addressed, bring to their attention s asnd gave corrected The man there whom Id NEVER met AGRESSIVESLY insisted I told him personally that I did not want my room cleaned, a blatant lie, the kind of lie that such a kind of snivelling person throws out as their first line of defense. He then handed the phone to another person at desk and I had to repeat everything again and she told me I should pack up all my things At that moment, after midnight, to move to a different room as their solution to my phone call when all I wanted to do was crawl into bed, not put myself through all kinds of work because hotel staff didnt do their work. Their aggressiveness, laziness, lies got me so very very upset. Who needs that? Who wants to pay for that?Next morning I asked for fresh hand towel that the maid didnt replace in my room and toilet paper and was told to come down to hotel lobby to get it myself. WHAT!?

  : I liked the location as we were at the Yacht Festival, and walking distance, just keeping in mind that we had to be aware of the beggars outside the hotel (train station is across the street). The room was clean. Appreciated that our luggage could be kept after check out until just before departure. The Ladies at the Reception were very helpful for everything - tips/booking taxis, etc..
  : I wish our room was not located near the service room storing all towels/sheets etc.. it was opened with a key any hour of the night, sometimes even 3am in the morning, and the sound of the key/opening and locking the door was quite disturbing so early in the morning. It would also be nice if the lobby had a toilet to be used by guests, esp when check out is 11am and flight might be late at night.
