  : it smelt bad - there was a smell coming from the kitchen although we hadnt used it and we couldnt figure out what it was from.the duvet was very very dirtu bit we put it in the cover snd used it.. there was only one set of v old towels and we asked for another set but noone bothered to reply

  : The apartment has potential. It's in very good location - short walking distance to restaurants, beach, shopping street but on less noisy road. Little kitchen was a nice extra and the bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels were nice and clean. Online check in process was little time consuming but worked quite well.
  : All through we all and all had a quite nice stay in the apartment, we wouldn't unfortunately stay again. We had some difficulties to find the right place since the door didn't have very good markings on it (company logo, house number etc.) The bathroom had a very bad drain smell all the time and we had to keep the door always closed. There was also broken/dirty trash cans which need replacing/repairing/cleaning. Floors and tables are little worn out but that didn't bother us. The sofa was uncomfortable (pillows falling). Wifi didn't work. The kitchen machines need more proper cleaning. There was fingerprints, grease, crums etc. for example on toaster & coffee capsule machine. Sinks, showers, toilet and other were nicely cleaned though.

  : The checkin process is too long. The caution is way to high for the apartment and was not clearly communicated prior the initial payment. There was no AC in the bedroom.

  : Easy check-in procedure. They block 750 Euros on your credit card via Swikly which doesn't affect your credit limit. Location was great and within 10 minutes walking distance to the Palais. Communication with Marion was quick and easy.
  : Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift in the building. Carrying our suitcases up and down 2 flights of stairs was very difficult and tiring. If you have children or elderly people in your group and are traveling with heavy bags, then you should reconsider before booking this apartment. The apartment is perfect for a couple / small family. The kitchen was well stocked but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to cook as we were out every evening. Wifi definitely needs improvement as it kept hanging. Bathroom was nice but very small. If you are a tall / larger person, getting in the shower would prove to be a challenge. There is only 1 AC for the whole apartment. There was no AC in the bedroom (it's located just outside) but the host provided us with a fan on request which was highly appreciated as we could have a good night's sleep.
