  : This hotel very clean and it has a wonderful pool area with very good breakfast.The location is also very convenient because it is located near Calvi town.
  : The room I was given first,for the price of almost 100 euros was tiny, claustrophobic and had a strong and unpleasant smell of mold in the bathroom,as the bathroom had to window. I have asthma and this triggered my asthma immediately as soon as I got into the room.I went to the reception to complain about the room and see what solution could be found and the lady in the reception had a horrible attitude.She said that asthma isn't a reason for a change in room and she was very hostile,rude and provocative.She even left me waiting for ten minutes because she decided to service two other clients who arrived and then eventually I was able to tell her that I am not asking for anything for free but for a room upgrade that I would be willing to pay. Then she eventually decided to service me after she got me upset with her arrogance and her lack of understanding for my asthma and health condition.My rating on this hotel would be 10 if I didn't have to go through this unacceptable behaviour. Please,learn to be more understanding with your guests problems. We are not only money,we are humans above all.
