  : Picked the hotel as it had an insight restaurant but found out it was closed on a Sunday when we arrived (nothing mentioned on website about opening hours) - which was the 1 day we were there!!

  : The staff in the check out spoke English and was very nice.The location is good if, like us, you are staying there for a stopover while traveling by car to other places.There is a Carrefour express within a 8 min drive from the hotel.The hotel was quite clean.
  : It came as a surprise that the girl at check in did not speak English, or did not care enough to not speak French to us. I know you are in France, but you are also working in a place where mostly tourists will stay, so I would assume English to be part of the hiring requirements. Even when she noticed I struggled to understand her French, she would not slow down or anything.It seemed that both check in and check out plus the bar were being taken care of by the same person, so that led to a lot of delay. Which is the last thing you want when you arrive at a hotel late in the evening and just want to check in and go rest.The breakfast was pretty complete, however, not all products were fresh. The scrambled eggs were sitting in the fridge and were reheated that day, not done freshly. The same with the fruit, it was quite noticeable that it had been staying there for at least a couple of days. The butter does not come in individually wrapped containers, and does not seem to be very well protected. It's just a big chunk of butter that everyone shares, taking it with a butter knife. You need to cut the bread yourself, but there is nothing to hold it while you cut it, so most people would just hold it with their bare hands. A bit unhygienic. The coffee machine was pretty dirty on the outside, one can only imagine the inside. Some of the bread was cooked outside, but still freezing on the inside.Breakfast start was late by a few minutes, did not start at 6, as announced, which delayed our trip a bit.The hotel facilities are not great. There was a huge crack on the ceiling right above our heads in the breakfast area.All in all, it was nice for the convenient, because it's close to the highway, but I would probably not stay there again, unfortunately.

  : Food was okay. They have free onsite parking. Rooms are spacious. Its well located for travelling by car. They allow dogs for 10 EUR extra charge per dog.
  : Very worn out hotel: exterior, halls and rooms look terrible. I had mold in the bathroom.

  : This is the third time we stay at this hotel and each precious time was great. However we did come across a member of staff particularly looking after dinner service which was a little rude a passive aggressive. Also thing being the third time staying at the hotel we found the mine limited, although it was still cooked well. The air con was a bit of an issue as despite it having blasting in the room, the cold air did not spread and it was a little too hot throughout the night. Lastly we were woken up at 2 am due to a fire alarm and had to evacuate. We were eventually asked to return to our rooms. Only the next morning we were told that the fire alarm was triggered due to dust in one of the smoke detectors, but we had to ask on check out. No actual form of apology was actually given until we asked for what had happened.

  : breakfast was varied and fresh, coffee wasnt the best, but fresh orange and water were available. comfortable bed. good for an overnight stay.
  : on arrival we were informed no restaurant food was available, after travelling 10 hours we expected to check in, eat and relax. We were told that no food outlets were close, so ended up with online food order of McDonalds which we collected at the gate and ate in the room. Seemed unfair to feed the coach load that arrived 10 mins after us and not allow other guests food. no shower gel in the shower and no aircon on, we had to call staff for both ! easily remedied but shouldn't need to ask!

  : Very easy to locate off the motorway. Clean rooms. Good Wi-Fi and friendly staff
  : No controls for the aircon making the room stuffy and being so close to the motorway not good to open the windows. The room was also very cramped with too much furniture

  : Breakfast was OK but cups were chipped, no knives when we arrived.
  : Very strong drain smell in the bathroom. Rooms had very few facilities. Even the toilet paper was rough!
