  : Good location near the centre and the railway station. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard.
  : I was disappointed with the room location, it was up a flight of stairs and no me tonight was made of this when I checked. Also, the advert says all floors accessible by a lift.

  : Friendly staff. The room was very clean, like the bath with the big shower. I liked the place which was near the station and very central. The bike could be stored in a safe place.
  : The promised balcony on the 4th floor was disappointing, but not that important. The Internet did not work properly.

  : By bus and tarin station and an easy trip from the harbour - overlooking a park but in the centre of town. Good location - good value and friendly helpful staff.
  : Some road construction works nearby but hopefully that will soon be finished and have unspoilt park views and access to the hotel

  : The staff were very kind, provided useful information on everything that we needed. They are a real asset and a big plus for the hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient.
  : The information on the cost for a daily parking ticket in front of the hotel is oudated on their site on Booking and it seems to be double ftom what is stated,it should be updated. There is some weird smell in the hallways,at least on our floor. They also have a very complex wifi system and different codes for each floor. It is an unnecessary burden for guests

  : Very central and convenient, basic but clean and comfortable. Quiet. Near the tram and train, theatre, restaurants, shops and tourist office. Staff very friendly, Olivia was especially helpful.
  : Unfortunately, there is no elevator. We had a heavy suitcase and arrived very late at night. Reception was unattended at that hour and it was difficult to lift the bag upstairs.

  : Very convenient location near the station. Clean and pleasant room. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
  : The curtain let a lot of light in. Not a huge problem as sunrise was quite late when I stayed but it could affect sleep during the longer days.
