  : Unfortunately no one explained that we couldn't pay for breakfast at the hotel so we couldn't have it.
  : Communal areas (stairs etc) v grubby Not able to have breakfast

  : The breakfast was of a good standard with plenty of choice, e.g. scrambled egg, croissant, bread, jams, fruit juice, choice of coffee, etc. This made the breakfast interesting and provided a good start for the day.
  : There was no or poor lighting in the entrance to the hotel in the evening. This made it difficult to enter my 'code access' to get into the building. Our room (204 in Hotel (2)) was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, when I used the bathroom I found that there was no hot water for the wash basin, or if there was hot water it would have taken a long time to come through, and I did not want to waste water.Also, having put (cold) water into the wash basin I could not undo the plug (by depressing it) to allow the water to drain away.

  : Availability of a microwave was good but we couldnt activate lights in dining area so had to eat food in room - one on chair and one on bed
  : Lack of an additional chair when two share a room. No kettle. The shower was dangerous and the shower head leaked. No one to ask for any help
