  : Receptionist was charming and helpful.
  : The smell of cigarettes was obvious from the moment we arrived..people are clearly smoking in the rooms.Bedding was supposed to be white but was covered in black marks which were not dirt but rubber marks from the washing machine/dryerthis is not acceptable and should be addressed. Rooms tiny, fine for business people, too small for two people and their luggage.

  : About ten mins from Perigeux with lots of restaurants and retail shopping nearby. We walked to Buffalo grill which was about 2 mins away. The bed was comfortable and good air conditioning
  : To enter the property at 2pm we needed to use the machine outside. Very confusing as only took one day payment and later on when reception was open ,we had to pay for second night. This needs to be made clearer on booking. We were put in a adapted room. The bed that pulls down from inside wardrobe was broken. So my daughter had to sleep on a slope. The room smelt of sewage. The room was really dusty and the bathroom was a wet room and really dirty and disgusting as grout needs redoing by shower. Think the room hadnt been used for a while. I know budget but no excuse for dirt and grime
