  : Close to centre of Blois, clean and tidy room
  : Unfortunately the weather was hot and humid. And, although the room had a portable fan, there was no air-conditioning. Spent an uncomfortable night trying to sleep. I woke up a number of times wringing wet, from perspiration and I didn't have a sheet covering me. I also opened the windows (2) to try and get some air movement.

  : No parking. When I reserved I looked for a hotel with parking. In de description of the hotel and advantages was mention the parking in front of the hotel; at arrival I have been told that the parking should have been reserved before arrival! I had no idea! I had to park at three street further, as the underground parking was full and in front of the hotel was a public parking and was always full.
  : The furniture in the room was kind of old; dirty windows, the tv was next to bed, so we could not see properly. In the hall the light was shouting down automatically and in the darkness we had to put on the light form your cell phones in order to look for our room. At arrival we have been asked to pay the entire amount! At arrival!!! I told them I might not stay the entire period of time , 5 nights, so I don't see why do I have to pay in advance. That was the policy f the hotel!!! I paid for the 5 nights, but two hours later I decided to stay only two nights and I asked for a refund. The accountant made the refund and gave me a receipt. ! I received the refund three weeks later, and this only after I have started to write messages to the hotel, to booking com, to my bank. The accountant form the hotel keep saying that she has done the refund correctly, my bank could not find the money. It was then very hard to get in contact with the hotel; they were not answering my mails and I could not get them at the phone. The receptionist spoke very little english. Booking com, considered that as I did not pay when I reserved, but at the hotel, they could not do anything,...very disappointing! The accountant from the hotel called me after I send about four mails and was kind of stressed out as she kept saying that she did her job well and it it was my bank fault. After three weeks I finally received the refund and the accountant called me again and started to complain that she checked everywhere and she did that for a couple of says, that she put a lot of energy in that and that I should have contact her and tell that I got the money. Then she insisted to call the bank again and complain to them about the bad service and then to call Booking and make sure they understand it was not her fault...I was sick and tired about all this history. The phone connection broke when I was talking to her and so my misery ended! :) Don(t go there!

  : Very good location, and reasonable price to stay one night to start your lorie Valley trip. 5 minutes to downtown.
