  : My room and bedding smelt of cigarettes.The reception was closed when I arrived at 1030pm although advertised open until 11pm

  : I think the front desk receptionist really tried to help me when I arrived to discover that my room had been cancelled accidentally by an employee, though she didn't have the authority to make the changes. The hotel is located close to restaurants.
  : Due to an error that no one could fix, I lost the quiet, large room I had originally reserved for a much better price and wound up with the last room they had available. The room was small and not very comfortable, also expensive since I paid the rate of the day, not the rate I reserved months ago. I wanted a quiet room as I had a very early flight, but instead I had people arriving late in the parking lot who took chairs outside and talked loudly for hours. I finally got dressed and went outside to tell them I needed to sleep for an early flight.

  : Location of the hotel. Everything ia close. Taxis to the airport are nearby.
  : Dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty shower curtains, bed bugs!

  : I paid beforehand and when I arrived at the hotel I was asked to pay again at the entrance. I arrived around 10pm with a 4year old child having arrived after travelling a long distance you can imagine.
