  : We were out of electricity in the middle of night around 3 am, called the reception couple of times, finally with answer of I am not a electrician, I can do nothing, you have to wait until 8 am for a electrician to come. While we exhaustedly checked in at 2 am with both phones running out of power. Turned out all he had to do was to turn on the main switch which might caused by a fuse blown out, all we were doing was turning on the water heating, hairdryer and air con. And the reception only agreed to come and try to fix things after I was asking a refund.

  : I have visited Paris many times and usually stay in the nice 75008 district which can be pricey. For this trip I decided I wanted to save money so looked for a cheaper hotel and chose Kyriad Paris with a reduced expectation. My expectations were hugely surpassed. I drove to Paris from England and this hotel was great because parking was free and it was also just north of the busy part of Paris which reduces your journey time a lot as you don't have to wade into Paris traffic. The location was ok for me but you are some distance away from the main attractions in Paris (but if you can manage the metro you will be fine). The hotel itself was great, rooms were clean, beds comfortable and a nice shower. Staff were also very helpful and welcoming. I recommend for a hotel that is priced v reasonably but very comfortable and pleasant to stay in!
  : No irons in the room so you have to go to reception to get an iron to iron my shirt. The whole hotel only has three irons so I had to wait for an iron to be returned by another guest before I could prepare my shirt. Get some more irons please!

  : The booking I made for 4 rooms was not provided. My guest only recieved 3 rooms and 2 of my guests had to share a room and bed. When emailing them to inform their error and request a refund for the room which wasn't supplied. They started to lie to avoid giving a refund . So have commited fraud.
