Wonderful
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Location to town centre, bus and train proximity, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Value for money. Some really nice places to eat nearby. Within walking distance of the town centre which is beautiful. Less than 2 minutes walk from Viotte train station.
: I have nothing negative to say.

Fair

: Comfortable beds with clean linen, friendly staff, good shower
: All looked very dated and a bit grubby, strange/unclean smell as soon as you walked in

: Location is perfect. Breakfast could be better.
: You could upgrade the breakfast. Boiling eggs. Cheeses. Jams. Yogurt and pastry.

: Location near to the station was practical. Option to store luggage until departure was great. It is also on a bus/tram line into the town centre. A fan was provided. Close to a nice park & walk through it into town possible.
: There is no AC which means window has to be opened so exposed to traffic/tram noise. Proximity to tram line meant noise from squeaky trams and bells. Location good for the station but a fair way outside the town centre.Toilet was so small, it was virtually impossible to close the door - this is only acceptable for a single occupancy of the double room. Shower door not correctly mounted. Shower leaked water in all directions.

: Unfortunately there was no air on, and it was extremely hot. There was a fan in the room but it took a while to get the temperature down. There was no real parking, it was pay and display. The lift was small, max 3 people in the lift. Shower in one of the rooms was not connected so the family showered in the second room we booked.
