  : The breakfast was very good, however the coffee could have been much hotter. Large room. Friendly owner.
  : It was further from the heart of Bergerac than expected. A long 20-25 minute walk along a busy uninteresting street to get into town. The pool was covered and not easily accessible and the hot tub had an extra charge to use, which was not mentioned in the pre-booking details. The room was very hot and no air conditioning. Also on the reservation printout, the language used to tell guests that this was not a hotel, there was no staff, just the owner, and that the owner's rules had to be abided by, was rather harsh. Suggest softer approach. Also the check-in of 5:30 is quite late. It doesn't leave guests a chance to settle in and relax before going out to eat (there are no restaurants within a short walking distance)

  : Summer would be a better time to stay so you have use of the pool and spa and the outside areas would be tidy
