Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The location is perfect, close to everything and easy to find. We stayed in the 'Duplex', is the smallest apartment of the two, with one room upstairs and a sofa bed. It has a little terrace too but no view. The flat is clean and looks quite new, it has everything to make your stay comfortable. There's a binder with great recommendations, the TV and Bluetooth equipment are great and the towels and sheets were of good quality, spotless.
  : The property is outsourced for rental and it shows. Before arrival we tried to contact 'Angelique' several times but with no luck (email, wsp, phone). The day of our arrival, as we were parking the car, another person called us and everything was immediately sorted but we did stress a bit until then. The person was very kind and helpful and even let us check in earlier, so it worked out very well at the end. As for cleaning standards, it's okay but it could be better (the dishwasher seems to be doing half the job so everything tastes 'salty', there were no tissues in the tissue box in the bathroom, the fridge could have received a deeper scrub, etc). These are details, easily to overcome with a good check-up before guests get in the house. All the plants in the terrace were also dead, which is again a detail but contributes to the atmosphere.

  : Excellent location in centre of the old town. Parking building 5 mins away. There is a final flight of stairs after the elevator so heavy luggage would be a nuisance. Saturday market just around the corner.

  : Location and family area.
  : No toilet where bed is and it is down a flight of stairs from sleeping suite. Pictures didnt exactly match unit - there may be a second unit. No direct elevator Access to unit - you get off elevator and then take a curved staircase to a landing to door. in unit bedroom is up a flight of curved stairs from lounge/kitchen/bathroom so difficult to use toilet at night. Not sure it perfect setup for older people for these reasons.

  : Great location in the heart of Beaune
  : Despite booking for four adults there was only 1 bedroom (the other bed was a pull out couch) and they had only set the room up to accommodate 2 people (e.g. number of towels, pillows). This was very frustrating and necessitated a few messages. We I queried it I was told the accommodation only catered for two people (they probably shouldn't say it can accommodate 4 then I guess). To be fair, they did eventually provide us with more of what we required - just annoying that it had to be sorted in the first place.
