  : It was a little tired and compared to other similar properties on our trip it was expensive.

  : Loved the garden its always nice to be outside for meals where possible. The walk into town was not too far it might be for some 2km. The proprieter was very helpful and had maps for guests to use, which we did to go into town or borrow his 2 bikes.
  : The room was cosy but not much room to move about in. The shower was good but it had a very large step in and out could have done to have been 2 steps. It would have been hard for the elderly or anyone with mobility problems to get in and out of.

  : Lovely grounds & gardens. Place could be beautiful with a revamp & good clean!!!
  : Absolutely filthy, outdated, sticky & stench of damp!We have never seen such uncomfortable, dirty accommodation. Would have left immediately had we not arrived at 20:50 after a 12 hour drive!It was awful accommodation but grounds were lovely!

  : We stayed here on our way back to the UK with our dog. Ideally located on the outskirts of Bayonne in a peaceful setting. We stayed in a small well equipped studio within a beautiful old house. We were greeted by a charming man who spoke very little English but made himself understood in a helpful and very accommodating way. He showed us our room and went through everything from the heating to the microwave and shower. He really could not have been more welcoming.Our studio was attractively furnished and well equipped. There was a small sofa, table and chairs , a comfortable king size bed, a large wardrobe,TV and a shower room. The heating was excellent which was a bonus as we arrived on a cold ,wet day in December. The kitchen had a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery etc were provided . There was a Le clerc supermarket a couple of miles. We opted to eat in on our one night stay and managed ok with the cooking facilities even without an oven. The surrounding gardens were lovely even on a wet miserable day in December. Our dog was welcome and a reasonable10 euro charge was applied. Car parking was just behind the house.We would stay here again if we were in the area and would recommend.
