  : The pool and facilities were nice. The bar and restaurant looked cute but we couldn't try them. Parking by the room is very convenient.

  : Nothing. This hotel caused us massive inconvenience.
  : I booked this hotel knowing I would be arriving at around 1am. I was driving from Paris. I checked this in advance and received confirmation this late check in would be ok. I received this confirmation twice. On the day of our stay I was called at 1150 while already in France and told that reception closed at 9 so it would not be possible to check in as agreed. The hotel has refused to refund me and worse still has doubled down, claiming it is my fault. I have raised this as a dispute with Booking.com as the hotel refuses to engage properly.
