  : Bed was comfortable but not what I booked! Booked a large double, got two small singles! They were comfortable and clean and no BEDBUGS!
  : Sad, tired, v v basic! Bathroom had no toilet!!! Separate Toilet shared by 4 double rooms. No sink to wash hands so v unhygienic!!! Toilet seat broken. No kettle, coffee maker etcRooms not like ad on b.c

  : No Breakfast.Location was very handy to the Stad De France for Rugby 15 minute walk.
  : Rooms not serviced daily.Had to ask for towels/toilet paper also minimal cleaning of room by staff.

  : I didn't like the fact that the bathroom (WC) wasn't private, and on the booking site said it was.

  : So poor, with no reception, it is more like Airbnb. Dangerous area so don't recommend walking at night. No one will clean your room as there is no housekeeping

  : There was no toilet in the private bathroom....which was a shower in a cupboard + a tiny sink, it smelt bad and wasn't very clean. Looked nothing like the online photos. Awful. We couldn't stay there, had to find last minute accommodation after a long journey. Waiting for booking.com to refund as promised. update - it turns out that Booking.com wont refund!!- neither will the hotel - even though it was awful - so we just have to swallow the cost - BOOK THIS PLACE AT YOUR PERIL - if anything goes wrong, remember you wont get any help from Booking.com, except 15% compensation - which after using this company for years, I didnt know - so assuming you can afford to pay twice, all should be fine.
