  : Just outside Arles. Free parking. Clean, well-maintained, modern and comfortable hotel. Swimming pool, lovely breakfast room with outdoor terrace. Gardens with seating areas. Pleasant, helpful staff. Buffet breakfast good variety. Quiet air-conditioned rooms. Couple of restaurants within walking distance.

  : Only good point, close to the center.
  : Our stay at this hotel was an disappointing experience. Right from the beginning, we encountered issues that significantly affected our stay. Firstly, the room was advertised as having a "double bed," but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which greatly compromised comfort. Speaking of comfort, providing only one thin towel (very poor quality btw)per person for the entire duration of the stay was woefully inadequate, especially considering the high temperatures and the needs of pool and shower. I expressed my concern at the reception, but my request was flatly denied, apparently due to a cost-cutting policy implemented by the owner, which speaks about the establishment's priority's. Furthermore, the lack of staff was evident, as it took between 10 to 15 minutes to be served a simple drink. The pool, which we were looking forward to enjoying, was in a deplorable state. The flattering images on the website doesn't represent the situation , as the reality was quite different. I was shocked to discover wasp nests in the umbrellas, a dilapidated shower, barrier , and spiderwebs everywhere. There were no pillows on the lounge chairs, as the picture on the website shows. Ultimately, for a rate of 130 euros, my expectations were far from met. I witnessed an Ibis hotel offering far superior standards for just 69 euros. The disappointment I justify , and I sincerely hope that other travellers do not have to endure the same unpleasant experience as we did.

  : Convenient hotel, basic but clean rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and was kind enough to let us borrow two bikes to ride to the city center of Arles (the city is rather busy to ride a bike though). The hotel has its own parking and a garden. It's was funny to be greeted in the morning by a few chickens that walk around on the premises :-)
  : No complaints, good value for money.
