  : Whre to start. Night shift reception was very rude. Rooms had broken AC, when asked they offered fans. And to make things worse windows couldn't be openned due to massive mosquito infestationThe location is crap.We asked for a blanket and a pillow for my little kid but they refused and said to use the only ones available in the room.This hotel is a disgrace to the ibis brand and Accor group.So originally we booked 2 nights. But after the first night we left in the morning and asked to cancel the other night. I was surprised that they charged us for 2 nights although we stayed only one and explicitly asked it to be cancelled.So shameful.

  : Location to my work, was handy and the free parking was great.....
  : Hotel was totally out of date and the rooms were super basic and in need of some TLC. If you need a bed and shower it is okay, however if you are staying for several days it offers no comfort in the room at all. Th evening meal menu is very limited and the breakfast is okay at best. For what you pay which is around 120 per night you would expect something much nicer or at least a bit updated. There is no bar or area to relax in the evening, don't be fooled by the photo the beer taps were not working and there is no one to serve. Staff were however very friendly, although their badges show different flags which normally means they speak those languages, please do not be fooled on this either.

  : The staff at the night shift was not friendly. Mistakes at charging (almost charged twice), and no info about check out time, breakfast, etc. Our room was booked for 4 people, the sofa bed was not made. Inconvenient to arrive around midnight with asleep kids and have to make the sofabed by ourselves. Carpet was not clean. Not staying here again.

  : Easy to reach, plenty of parking spaces. Spacious rooms, look renovated. Rooms are clean and beds are good.
  : There were screws protruding from the baseboard to the bathroom. Not nice with bare feet. The hair dryer was missing. The holder was there but the hook was gone. Despite the closed windows, there were some mosquitoes. I arrived at breakfast at 9am and it was almost empty. The excuse was that there had just been groups. After insisting, some was refilled. Breakfast is normally until 10am. Staff is very nice, but I think they were pushed. I noticed that the gentleman with the laptop next to me, who received everything, later went into the kitchen and was working behind the reception desk. Maybe the manager???? Tip: Air conditioners have a dust filter. Clean that up.
