  : The location was ideal 10’ drive from the old town which is why we booked it.
  : We had an incident with our room when we came back from our dinner our rooms electrics and lights were not working.When we went downstairs to inform the receptionist his answer was very rude no apology for the inconvenience instead he just said ah let me see if there is something I can do if not you have to change rooms.He then came downstairs and said you have to change rooms but if the lights are fixed in your room tomorrow you have to go back.This was happening at 23:00 pm he didn’t offer help to move all our stuff since we had to repack and find our stuff in the dark without any lights on I have filmed it all and I wish I could post the video.When we went to the new room the rooms was not cleaned the toilet smelled like urine there were hair in the bathtub dust everywhere unhoovered carpets and so on.I didn’t make a scene that night with Remi the receptionist cos it was late so I messaged the hotel which in turn didn’t even bother replying and the worst part was that the next day we were out all day and left the door sight please clean my room at the door knob like they expect you to and when we came back no one had bothered cleaning it all day.When we checked out there was no mention of anything no sorry for the inconvenience in the middle of the night but charged us extra for chips and beer.Absolutely rude and terrible stuff at reception will never visit again.Plus the hotel needs renovation painting and definitely change of color it’s so dated and the worst their spa stinks like drainage.Terrible

  : Everything is old! You have to do everything yourself! Cups and glasses everywhere. Not sure how you can have 4 stars

  : Views are great. Fairly quiet and peaceful. Only noises in the evening were from the local amusement park. We liked the 3 different swimming pools with different depths from babies to adults.
  : Wifi was useless, very slow. Location is bot very central, but I guess it’s the flipside of peacefulness. The atmosphere is more for romantic couples than families with loud and active children.

  : Location - car essential as not walking distance to anywhere !Noise at night from amusement park nearby kept us awake ( we had pool facing room) Bathroom - wetroom style shower which resulted in the entire bathroom floor being constantly soaking wet No music or atmosphere around the pool or bar at night while we were there Pool was soo salty is was not enjoyable at all Bad smell downstairs at spa area so wasn’t even tempted to use the spa facilities like a damp bad water smell
