  : 1- the A.C is not working & they never fix it 2- the phone wasnt working in the room 3- the room is not clean , full of dog hair , a lot of dirts under and behind the sofa 4- bedsheets smell bad 5- employees they act nicely but they dont do what they say. 6- the elevator smells dogs. Real bad smell. 7- the A.C closed completely on 3rd night which let us check out and our reservation was for 2 weeks , the manager promised to refund. But they never did. & refused to booking. Untrusted place 8- you cant find the manager to speak, shes always working from home & not available + she never replies emails , promised us something through one of her staff but never keep the promise .

  : Clean, quiet, great beds, friendly staff and very close to village shops. Nice pool. Bar on-site.
  : Room a little stuffy in warm weather as no aircon and no security screen to leave window open on ground floor.

  : The room was clean and included a kitchenette for making tea/coffee and small meals. The refrigerator and microwave were both very welcome. There was tea/coffee/sugar/cold water for making beverages. The toilet is separate from the showering facilities which made getting ready easier. It was nice to have a hair dryer in the room so I didn't have to pack one. There was good security in the building, requiring the room key to access the exterior buildings and the rooms within.
  : The staff was helpful and kind but not in a hurry to help. Requiring the room key to keep the electricity working was frustrating as was the motion sensor light in the kitchen which turned on and off constantly. There wasn't a safe way to get fresh air into the room without leaving the door open so it got hot and stuffy. The check-in process was really annoying as it required me to send passports and a copy of my credit card PRIOR to checking in. However I didn't have cell phone service so had to pay money to send these documents. This isn't a friendly or technology secure way of doing business.
