  : Recently refurbished spacious apartment, with good fittings and furnishings.
  : Apartment was not well serviced - no glasses, many kitchen utensils missing (e.g. breadboard, breadknife, ...). Check in was functional at best, rather than welcoming.

  : Spacious apartment.
  : No staff present upon check in. We had to locate someone in a different part of the hotel to give us access to the room.While bringing luggage in from outside the front doors were locked and we were stranded outside at night. It took quite a while to alert someone of this so we could regain access; staff has gone to bed!Something to be aware of is that the premises is a residential care home for the elderly that rents it's in occupied rooms. It is this function that staff prioritise, not dealing with "hotel guests".

  : We were offered breakfast in our rooms but as we were a family of four chose to have breakfast in the communal area. We got exactly the items we had ticked on the breakfast order. We were sat in the communal breakfast area of a sheltered housing development, the aged French inhabitants were interested in us and where we were going. A number of them were keen to discover where we were headed. The apartments are situated in the old house on the site with a wraparound sheltered housing complex with a manned reception desk. I suspect they are designed for use by visiting families of the residents. The development is lovely with secure parking behind an electronic gate. When we visited the pool was closed due to a fault. A number of the permanent residents seemed to be using the gym before breakfast. The development is in a quiet area within an easy walk of the main Albertville street and restaurants.
  : Nothing the apartment met our expectations and was well equipped if you wanted to stay more than one night.

  : Overall a spacious modern apartment with a large terrace, we felt like we were staying in a castle! Quiet and secure location with parking available for guests.
  : - It would be good to vacuum the entrance/hall area once.. the carpet leading from elevator to the room was extremely dirty. - During our stay the sink pipes in both kitchen and bathroom were leaking, so we were not able to use them. We advised reception but nothing was done to fix it. - The cleaning lady came at 9am on January 1st..

  : Nobody speaks English and turned very difficult to understand where to park our car

  : I thought the staff were friendly and very helpful. Loved the pool and the Japanese Lasar sauna. The apartment was perfect for me as my husband was in hospital with broken leg post ski accident. My apartment had a kitchenette so I was able to cook for myself. Room is very clean but communal hallway needs regular hoovering and my room was clean on arrival but I have been here 4 nights so cleaner needs to visit.to empty bins and change towels.
  : I think the main staircase should be cleaned . Room very clean on arrival but should be regularly serviced.

  : the apartment was great and very comfortable. the exterior had an old world charm but the rooms were brand new. it also had air conditioning which was greatly appreciated.
  : the set up is a little strange. its basically a retirement community, and the hotel is in a separate building. you have to buzz to get through the locked gates. we werent sure how to get inside at first. its probably challenging for the staff to manage both types of facilities.
