  : It wasn't too far from the main old town- 20 minute walk
  : I arrived at night ( around 21:00) and it took me over 2 hours to find a place to park my car. I was worried about it because of previous posts, so I asked before I arrived and the manager told me there was free street parking. But there wasn't anything anywhere. I drove up and down every street. And even if I found a spot, it was such tight parallel parking that I don't think I would have been able to do it. I told them I just wanted to pay for parking and to give me a name or address of a paid parking lot. They texted me a name of a lot but I coulnd't find it and I found myself stranded in another paid parking lot with no information on how to exit it. There was no information on-line either.They finally gave up texting me and I was left on my own. I ended up leaving the car overnight and walking 10 minutes to the hotel with all my luggage at 23:00. It was a very stressful night. It would have been better if they gave me specific instructions on where to park and how to use the ticket system there.

  : Central location, near bus and train stations, efficiently run. Free coffee at all times from machine a welcome bonus. Pleasant, friendly staff.
  : Could do with a good lick of paint and renewed soft furnishings. Bland decor. Lighting on the landing scarcely adequate. No lift. Breakfast food quality not the best.

  : We chose Hotel du Palais purely as a transit accomodation and it is what we got. Well located, flexible checkin. While the accomodation was a dissapointment, the personnel was very nice and welcoming.
  : As already mentioned, wouldn't go there for more than 1-2 nights. It is an old building not very well maintained on the inside and hence giving it a highway hostel vibe. The room has a fake degraded ceiling, old beds with rather unconfortable mattresses and pillows. Overall clean, but difficult to feel that given the very old furniture and bathroom installations. Breakfast was unfortunately not worth the price and is very limited - only sweet breakfast. Only thing that was good was the bread. All in all, the price is not justified.
