  : The landscape and the fields surrounding the place.
  : Staff, food, services, facilities and amenities aren't even close to deserve the price you pay.We were left almost 1 hour under negative temperature and snow until the shuttle appeared (it was already booked in advance with time of arrival).Staff is quite not interested in you once they're all temporary workers. Young people from all over the world working for some months with no commitment to the clients. We've heard a couple of them complaining about the way they're treated by their superiors.Food is really bad and if you need to eat something out of the dinner time you'll have bad sandwiches and bags of snacks with high prices.All "activities" offered are provided by third parties which provide you 30min of some lame "adventure" charging for 2 expensive hours.It's noticeable how eager all they are to get rid of you (like sending you to the airport 3 hours before your flight and giving you a "box" with some sandwich and cold juice)The room is big but facilities and amenities are worse than many cheap hostels. Specially the awful bathroom and the hot water that ends in the middle of the second bath.The glass igloo is of little use once it's always dirty, outshined by lights, which ruins any picture you try to take from some possible aurora.You pay that huge amount of money for rustic, not cheap. Specially when every single activity is highly paid.For the money you pay you have the right to walk around, eat a breakfast and a dinner that can be found in any cheap restaurant. Once there's nothing for miles and miles you can't go to the next cafeteria for a decent espresso, to say the least.Well I've learned my lesson and I hope you think and research a lot before falling for that. Don't trust "youtubers" who get free stays to say good things about that place.For that same huge price you can get better not far from there. And be treated like you deserve.Otherwise...

  : Big cabin and nice sleeping in igloo. Sauna was average but not hot enough.
  : Considering the exorbitant cost to stay here I would go elsewhere as this place has become too big to provide personal service. Most staff are from outside Finland and are not providing similar customer service as other locally run resorts. We had to walk 800 metres each way for breakfast in the snow at Minus 21 with no shuttle provided. also food choice is limited and its in the middle of nowhere so no other options.

  : The chalets were a good size and the location is stunning, plenty of white fluffy snow and lots to do.
  : The service was not good, the quality of the food was not good. For the money I would have expected a lot more.
