  : Breakfast was good and the apartment rooms were good and clean, but dated and looks like some repairs need doing.
  : The check-in!!! This trip was for my wife's 60th birthday, I explained to the hotel before arrival that we would arrive about midday, so could we check-in early (check-in time was 16:00) the reply was a firm no. Once we arrived at 12:30 we asked if we could leave our luggage somewhere, and the receptionist said your room is ready, ok we will go to our room now, the receptionist said there is a charge of 10 euros per hour, why? I refused to pay and this very thing happened to a further two couples arriving, your room is ready but you have to pay!!! Disgusting, the room is ready, it's booked by the guest and the room is empty waiting for the guest, why do you have to pay more for a room that you have booked and is ready? I understand a charge for extending your room from checkout but not on check-in, shame on you.

  : The hotel in near the main street of Rovaniemi. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the restaurants and shops. The family room is not big. The toilet is small, with a small washing basin. The kitchen is large with a sofa and table. You can make food. The breakfast is simple and nice.There is a large place between the main house and the villas. Easy for parking cars. Overall, the hotel is nice for the price. Because the hotels in the downtown are more expensive, this hotel is a good choice to stay to save some money.
  : The sofa in the kitchen can also be a bed for kid. But the reception desk gave me a very thin blanket which can't be used as a quilt for sleeping.

  : Breakfast was very good, also the room we had was comfortable and warm. Great location and free parking area.
  : We didn't like the beds, without a mattress topper they were really uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows should also be renewed.

  : The location was convenient, a short walk to the city center and to a big supermarket. The apartment was small but well organized. Close to a main road but quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a good selection to chose from.

  : We had a very good stay here in this large apartment. We had a lot of space: a bedroom and kitchen/dining room. The front desk staff was friendly and the breakfasts were excellent. We also took advantage of the sauna, which was heavenly!
  : We misjudged the distance of this hotel from the train station and walked with our luggage through the snow and ice (mid-April). This was our mistake and we would have taken a taxi had we known. Our apartment was in a building 50 feet or so across from the main hotel and required traversing dangerous ice and snow, something this warm-weather person never got used to.
