  : The accomodation was great. We both loved everything about the 'kota'. The bed and sofa were really comfortable to rest and relax in. All the gadgets in the room were really easy to use and well-explained to us at the start of our stay. This included the hot-tub, sauna, coffee machine, heated windows and tablet with direct connection to reception. The staff were all very friendly and able to help with questions we had about the local area (such as finding out about luggage lockers at the station and bus times from the city). Everything in the 'kota' and in the restaurant was wonderfully clean and the food was an excellent variety for our one week stay.
  : It would have been nice as a honeymooning couple to have not been next door to a family with two kids, when we'd requested a quiet room. Appreciate that energy levels of children vary and a hotel can't predict how energetic the children in arriving families are, but was definitely off-putting to be in the provided robes ready to go outside only to see an unsupervised child from the room next door running around the into our garden area to get snow to make snowballs.
