  : The restaurant was great. All employees were wonderful and super helpful. The location is very peaceful, but still quite close to everything.
  : The AC was loud and no precise temperature could be set. The window of our room was very small and because of that very few light could enter the room.

  : Incredible hotel with a great breakfast and perfectly equipped and comfortable rooms.
  : The fact that the entire spa is only available for additional payment is not ok. It is understandable for special spa services but, at least, the interior pool should be free access to hotel guests (or at least a normal price, not a premium price of 30 eur per hour).

  : Flexibility and kindness of the staff; when we checked in, we had a room with very small windows (view on the roof of the hotel). They changed the room towards another with large windows & view on the pool without any hassle. On top of this, facilities are modern, spacy and foreseen of all necessary features. Restaurant with nice terrace with view on the garden.

  : We felt the information about the facilities of this hotel is slightly misleading. We booked this hotel because there was an indoor pool, but when we arrived we found out you have to pay 36 euros per hour extra as a couple (even 44 euros per hour in the weekend) to use the indoor pool. This was not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com. Therefore, we wouldn't return. I would recommend going to Coolrooms Palacio de Luces instead; also a 5 star hotel but then with all the facilities included for a similar price per night.On a positive note; the rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable.

  : ARTIEM Asturias is a 'hidden gem' - lovely situated in a quite zone but beaches, Gijon and other great cities are easily reached. This hotel turned out to be a great and relaxing 'starting point' for our daily adventures. Personnel is really kind and nice and provides great ideas to spend the day in the region - swimming pool is perfect for warm days. Breakfast and dinner are great - we're both vegetarians but had enough to chose from. All in all we really enjoyed the hospitality of this hotel
