  : WHAT A SHAME ! Unfortunately, there was nothing we liked about our stay at this hotel. Everything, from the facilities to the service, was disappointing. The parking was extremely tight and impractical; our car scraped everywhere due to the limited space. The beds were dirty, and one window had no curtains or blinds, making it impossible to sleep properly because of the outside light. The hotel is also far from everything, and its access is complicated. But the worst part was the attitude of the staff, who were not there to help us, mocked us, and spoke rudely. We had an issue regarding the display of parking prices and availability. When we called on May 7, 2024, around 10-11 AM, a man answered very rudely, saying it wasn't his problem and that we should deal with it through Booking. After promising to call us back in 10 minutes, he never did, and we were ignored despite numerous calls and WhatsApp messages, which were indeed read. When we called using my partner's number, the person answered immediately but hung up as soon as they heard my voice and realized it was me. This behavior is shameful for a service supposedly open 24/7. I totally do not recommend this hotel; it is a disgrace. Be warned: they'll never help with problems, and for the best stay, this is definitely the WORST PLACE TO GO!

It's disgraceful for a hotel to behave like this, and I hope this person will be sanctioned. I totally do not recommend this hotel; it is a disgrace. Be warned: they'll never help with problems, and for the best stay, this is definitely the WORST PLACE TO GO!

  : Choosed for money and location, my room was OK with bathroom and clean sheets and towels. Lady at the reception was very nice, unfortunately didn't speak English but we made it .
  : The first night was very very loud some of other guests were animals. My rooms door lock was bit stubborn and door itself not really today's standard.

  : We spent a night in a twin room here. Very clean and very comfortable beds. The room also has a smart TV which was great. The receptionists are very helpful and very understanding. The breakfast was ok. It's close to the train station and the mall next to it. It is quiet and relaxing. I recommend staying here. There is a laundromat right around the corner of the street. The only a bit upsetting thing was the chlorine smell from the bathroom.
