  : Breakfast service. Hot food was enquired by the waitress as you sat down and it was served within seconds. Didnt have chance to get anything else beforehand!

  : Great views. This hotel was very grand in its day.
  : Rude receptionist who placed us in the wrong room, I had booked a superior room with a mountain view when I queried it, he told me I was wrong and that booking.com images were incorrect! He eventually gave us another room, as I wouldnt back down, yes it had a view but it was downgraded, tired, broken floor tiles in the toilet and a radiator hanging off the wall.We decided to stay for dinner, this was an extortionate 89, drinks were expensive and breakfast 20 each! We spent nearly 300 for one night and werent allowed access to the spa without paying another 54. One more thing the waiter laughed at me with the other waiters at breakfast because I didnt know what the wooden tongues were for on the table.I would not recommend staying here, we certainly wont be back.

  : Very comfortable, clean and well appointed bedrooms.
  : Staff were abrupt. The restaurant was poor. Staff spilt wine over my husband and didnt offer an apology. Food was poorly presented and was generally poor standard. We stayed at another Parador hotel the following day that had a similar selection on the menu, however, the meals tasted much better and were nicely presented by friendly staff.
