  : The location. The view.
  : It was my third time staying at Ritual El Palmar and certainly the last one. This property is experiencing decrepitude and is neglected. I booked for 3 nights and I was informed that my stay for the last night was cancel due to `` the situation``. I have to find another hotel in the vicinity and I was lucky to find easily. It happened that it was much better than Ritual. The manager or the person who I suppose to be the manager of Ritual was there when I did the check in and he did not bother to talk to me , give me some clear explanation and apologise. Some of the staff are avoiding the guests. If you want to relax by the pool with one of your favourite book this place is not for you. The music ( horrible reggeaton) is constant, loud. When I was there, guests were noisy and if you are over 50 they do not bother to speak to you. This hotel has became a party place day and night. I understand that they want to attract younger customers who want to have some fun but make sure that you do your parties in a location that do not bother the guests that made the choice not to the join the parties. I do not recognise this place anymore , It used to be very quiet and relaxing. I feel like I have been lied to . The hotel decided to close on week days because of the Covid `` situation`` but they organise parties with people that do not wear masks and do not respect social distancing. How is it logical?

  : Too noisy, people drunk screaming at 4am in the corridors, people smoking in the elevator, parties in the pool with people that are not guests of the hotel so that basically its so crowded that you just dont go. I think that more than an hotel its a place where local people goes parting or dating, very weird vibe for a four stars hotel. Also be aware that if your room is in the first floor (which is actually a -1) and you are unlucky enough to be below the breakfast room - you will wake up for the strong noise of people working and walking in that area at around 8 am (when breakfast starts) and will get even more intense from 9-11 am when more guests go for breakfast. Also I found cockroaches in the Spa so we left immediately. I think you should close the place which is NOT an hotel. it looks more like a place where

  : - Peaceful and very relaxing hotel in a rural environment - Outstanding pool area with amazing view and fantastic bar, drinks excellent - Amazing staff, everyone was extremely nice and accommodating - Very comfortable beds
  : - Hotel has some issues with maintenance. In our room the toilet was constantly flushing, the bathroom door close to not moving anymore and the large mirror was broken. Hopefully management will start investing again once Covid has passed - Related to overall maintenance, most of the few machines in the fitness centre are broken and we could not do any workouts

  : Great gem in a very rural area. Friendly staff & great pool area. Breakfast is very good!
  : Some wear and tear should be fixed. You need to have a car to get to restaurants etc. Property restaurant have a very limited basic food menu. No culinaristic high lights but does the job to fill you up.
