  : Our one bed apartment was on the first floor on the corner directly above the bakery. We had no problem with noise but the shutter door being raised at 7am may disturb you. Street market sets up outside property on Tuesday and surrounding roads are closed. Apartment has well stocked kitchen but no toaster. Big mirror in bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Triple aspect room so nice and bright with a small balcony. Very nice to have some water, milk, soft drinks, bread, butter and jams along with tea and coffee to welcome us in the apartment. Very good supermarket on this road, same side as property back towards the main road. Good location near the train station. Metro from Airport to Xativa (green line No 5), only 5 min walk to property (5.80 euro single). Property only 20 min stroll to the old Town. If you fancy a walk go through the archway at the Serranos Towers, cross over the road and turn right to walk down the steps to join the gardens on the Turia (dry riverbed) and enjoy the walk to the amazing Arts & Science Museums (approx 3.5km). Alternatively take the metro (green line No 5 to Maritim) and visit the lovely Playa de Las Arenas beach. Good, clean, comfortable apartment in convenient location.
  : Lack of communication from owner. 9 days before travel messaged through app to ask if bags could be dropped off earlier than 3pm. 2 days before travel still had no reply. Messaged and phoned owner but had no reply. Phoned Booking.Com who managed to get a reply in an hour. Phoned owner when arrived at airport and given instructions to go to property but still had to call the owner twice, to call the cleaner who wasn't coming down to let us in. Didn't think we had any hot water but we worked out the taps were wrong way round. Cold was hot and hot was cold! Never managed to get any hot water in kitchen but just used the kettle for washing up. Couldn't get TV to work properly, no proper remote control, no manual buttons on outside of TV and no instructions. Better communication from owner and smoother key hand over required. Should also have some instructions on how to use the facilities (washing machine, boiler, aircon, tv etc.,) Just a couple of issues to iron out - didn't spoil our stay.

  : Very central location and easy to walk everywhere. Very close to railway and metro. Isabel checked us in and was great with communicating with us. It was very easy to check in. Isabel also left us complimetary nibbles and soft drinks. She even left us with bread, butter, and jam, but no knife or fork. However, there were plenty of plates, glasses, pots, and pans, as well as cooking oil.
  : There were no cutlery at all to eat or cook with, and no washing detergent to wash the clothes.

  : walking distance from the train stations and from the old town, a supermarket close by
  : the host was unresponsive on several occasions. there was a bad smell in the shower. the internet was awful.
